*If your pet is experiencing gastrointestinal upset, please bring a fresh fecal sample to your visit for evaluation.
In case of an emergency while my pet is in the hospital, I give consent to L&L Animal Urgent Care to perform CPR, or other life-saving treatments/diagnostics, on my pet. I understand that I am expected to pay the cost associated with CPR that can range from $500-$1000.
